Service
GateSpec is a service of LP Solutions Group LLC provided to trucking companies under a services agreement. The scope, price and responsibilities of the service are those of that agreement.
Authorized users
The app may be used only by personnel authorized by the carrier that contracts the service, with the account the carrier assigns. Each user is responsible for their username and PIN.
Permitted use
The app is used to record yard gate-ins and gate-outs. It may not be used for any other purpose, to try to access other carriers' data, or to interfere with how it works.
Warranty
Beyond what the services agreement provides, the app is offered as is, with no additional warranties.
Data
How data is handled is described in the Privacy policy.
